Grand Opening of our 4th location, and our third Manhattan Location!!

We're expanding our team! Looking for front counter team members that will be cross trained between the POS system, to expediting orders, to serving guests. 

The Gyro Project is a fast casual Greek concept located on the Midtown East on 569 Lexington Avenue. We are open for lunch & dinner 7 days per week. Dine in and take out- offering a modern twist to Greek classics. 

We are a growing brand, with 2 locations open- 2 more under construction, and actively looking to expand to more locations in NY/NJ.  Opportunities of growth within available from Head line cook, to shift leaders, to AGM & GM positions. The Midtown location is scheduled to open by second week of November. Join the team now, for a chance to work in a company with tons of internal growth opportunity. Our 24 month goal is to have 10 locations opened and operational. 

Training and onboarding to commence by the week as soon as possible.
