• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Work the dish washing station before and during service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH team to ensure smooth service

• Prepare all mise en place for service
• Receive deliveries and double check invoices
• Set up station in a timely manner
• Maintain DOH Standards
• Work directly with Head chef and management to maintain standards
