What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, and fluency with RESY or similar reservation systems, Excel and scheduling.. Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $105,000.00)

HPH is a New York City restaurant and development company led by restaurateur Peter Poulakakos and his business partner, Paul Lamas. Founded in 2008 to spearhead Poulakakos’ already burgeoning portfolio of restaurants, HPH now manages more than 25 restaurant and nightlife operations. Peter Poulakakos began his career in hospitality in 1998, following in the footsteps of his father, legendary Wall Street restaurateur Harry Poulakakos. He quickly amassed a portfolio of restaurants covering a diverse breadth of genres, including quick service patisseries and pizza shops, full service eateries, and nightlife and cocktail institutions like his most recent venture, The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog.
