We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team as Crevette expands its hours.
The Floor Manager will work with our General Manager and Assistant General Manager to execute service. Responsibilities include: overseeing front of house staff, greeting and seating guests, dealing with guest issues, managing reservations, helping run food/drinks and bus tables, selling wine, printing menus, running pre-shift meeting, keeping the team motivated, keeping track of inventory, putting away deliveries, maintaining property of the restaurant. The ideal candidate has Manhattan FOH experience both as a manager and a server.
Our hospitality group is founded on humble leadership. Our management team must embody the approach that no job is too small, no task beneath them. Our managers help the staff run food, bus tables, carry cases of wine, clean the bathrooms, jump in making cocktails - whatever is necessary for the success of the restaurant. Crevette will soon be open for dinner 7 days a week with lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are looking for a Floor Manager to work 5 shifts each week.
