We are seeking a Captain/Server to become an integral part of our team! Oyster Oyster's cuisine is led by James Beard Award-winning chef Rob Rubba. We have been named Best New Restaurant by Esquire magazine. We recently retained our 2024 Michelin star while gaining a Michelin Green star!
Our proudest moment is how we have built a team of people passionate about sustainability in food, beverage, and hospitality. We are open for Tuesday through Saturday dinner service, so no brunch shifts! We are in search of professionals who take their craft seriously but enjoy having a great time while doing so.
Responsibilities:

Serve and guide guests through the oyster experience through food and beverages.

Connect with guests about menu items and the ethos Oyster Oyster aims to achieve.

Clean and prepare the dining areas.

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Food service or other related fields in upscale casual and fine dining

Ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
