Signature Bar, located in the South Loop, is looking for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong sense of ownership and leadership, to join its team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Works directly with the Ownership to promote a strong and unified leadership
  dynamic, while maintaining complete communication between FOH and BOH
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards
• Foster a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and guest preferences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
