Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our Michelin-starred restaurant team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of our Michelin-star restaurant, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and train front-of-house team in accordance to our standards.

• Manage reservations, guest preferences, and ensure a seamless flow of service.

• Ensure communication between the kitchen and front-of-house with daily meetings

• Maintain a pristine dining environment and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant.

• A deep understanding of fine dining service standards and wine pairing.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

• A passion for the culinary world, wine, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences through hospitality.
