Maître d’ / Captain Position – Private Restaurant (Upper East Side, Manhattan)
Salary is $80,000 Plus All Benefits and Gratuities can exceed an additional $35,000.
Responsibilities:
• Proficient in various service styles, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
• Act as a liaison between the Chef and clients to coordinate and execute on-site events tailored to client preferences.
• Engage with guests to facilitate timely and accurate room service delivery to resident apartments.
• Take and process orders using the Positouch system.
• Oversee and expedite precise order delivery on-site.
• Supervise and assist with ordering service-related items, including restaurant supplies, linens, and other essentials.
• Collaborate with the Chef to resolve operational challenges, ensuring seamless staffing, including the engagement of supplemental staff when necessary.
