Job Details

Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on the classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out what we feel is no longer relevant. We emphasize over-the-top hospitality with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated and yet so comfortable, they have no choice but to return. In only a short time, we have become a favorite in the neighborhood and beyond.

We have a strong focus on wine, but in a new way; designing the food around the wine and focusing on specific old-world regions.

We are as excited about sharing these wines at all price points, catering to guests at every stop along their wine journey.

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. A successful candidate will:

  • Excellent and considerate communication skills with the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.

Salary dependent upon experience.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $110,000.00)
