Chef de Partie

Gabriel Kreuther, a Relais & Chateaux, Two Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently interviewing for chef de partie/line cook positions.

 Job Requirements:

• 1+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience. Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same establishment will be considered
• Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
• Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep

 Experience:

• Prior degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary university preferred
