Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality—the group behind Acme, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, Le Dive, and Deux Chats—is currently seeking a motivated Runner to join the opening team on April 1st, 2025.Bar Bianchi is an Italian-inspired restaurant and wine bar with a focus on traditional Italian dishes, natural wines, spritzes, and Negroni variations.
As a Runner, you'll play a key role in delivering food and drinks to our guests while ensuring the dining area remains organized and our service runs smoothly. If you're energetic, organized, and enjoy being a part of a dynamic team, we want you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Run food and drinks to dining room, patio, and bar
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests
- Provide general support to waiters, bartenders, and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas
- Assist in coffee/espresso service as needed
- Participate in daily sidework and service breakdown
Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar is a plus
- Previous experience in casual fine dining preferred
