The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires experience working with live fire grills and strong foundational cooking skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about cooking. Experience working in World's 50 Best, Bib Gourmands, or Michelin-starred establishments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes accurately and consistently according to recipes and presentation standards.

Operate and maintain live fire grills using coal and wood-burning methods.

Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

Execute basic cooking techniques: grilling, roasting, sautéing, sauce making, and butchery.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to manage orders.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fine or upscale dining.

Proven experience with live fire grills.

Knowledge of proper food handling, knife skills, and basic cooking techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
