Fai Bravo Hospitality Group are the proud operators of Rezdôra and Massara, two celebrated regional Italian restaurants in New York City. Fai Bravo, which translates to “be good,” is a traditional phrase spoken to kids on their way to school once they get a “little bit older” in Italia. It has gone on to denote the approach we take and is rooted in the belief that great experiences start with great ingredients and great people.  

Founded by Chef Stefano Secchi and Partner David Switzer in 2018, Fai Bravo is committed to creating an environment where their team can thrive and grow, all while delivering unforgettable dining experiences rooted in the culinary traditions of regional Italian cuisine.

Rezdôra celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta, a nod to the restaurant’s name which translates to “head of household” in Emila-Romagna dialect. Since opening in 2019, Rezdôra has garnered much acclaim including a three-star New York Times review from restaurant critic Pete Wells, a Michelin Star in 2021, 2022 and 2023, and recognition as one of the 100 Best Restaurants inew York City by The New York Times. The restaurant was also named #7 Best Italian Restaurant in the World by 50 Top Italy in 2023.

Massara, meaning “matriarch” and “head of the household” in the Campanian dialect, is dedicated to the regional cuisine of Campania. The menu is inspired by Chef Stefano’s childhood memories of visiting Southern Italy and the region’s rich abundance of farms and fisheries, all centered around cooking from both a wood-burning oven and grill.

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to capture the energy of our restaurants and bring them to life online. We are looking for an individual who is strategic and can create high-impact content that drives engagement.

  • Passionate about Italian food, culture & hospitality – You get restaurant culture and know how to highlight the energy and our people that make our restaurants special. 

What You'll Be Doing:
 

Social Media Strategy & Management: Own our social media presence across Instagram. 

Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality photos and reels that showcase our dishes, teams, and restaurants' experiences.

Copywriting & Storytelling: Craft engaging captions, brand-aligned storytelling, and content that drives interaction.

Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep our content fresh.

On-Site Content Capture (Min. 4 Days/Week): Be in our restaurants capturing the food, drinks, energy of service, team moments and behind-the-scenes magic in addition to off site industry events and collaboration dinners. 

Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content to build relationships with our audience when applicable. 


What We're Looking For:

 
  •  1–3 years of experience in content creation and social media (restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus).
  •  Proven experience with Instagram & TikTok. 
  •  Strong photography & videography skills (iPhone or camera).
  •  Proficiency in CapCut or other editing tools.
  •  Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not required but experience with food content is a plus.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
