Daisy Margarita Bar is a Norteño-style cantina with modern Mexican cuisine, created by Chef Alan Sanz. We're a sister concept to MIRATE in Los Feliz (50 Best Bar), and we're bringing our vibrant flavors and energy to Sherman Oaks in April 2025.

Beverage Director Max Reis has created a cocktail menu that has elevate the bar scene in the Valley!

At the helm of Daisy's food and beverage program are Chef Alan Sanz and Beverage Director Max Reis, who together have developed a "gastro-cantina" experience that's rooted in Mexican tradition with reimagined classic dishes and cocktails, a raw seafood bar, and an extensive selection of tequila.

Using unexpected ingredients and modern techniques that fans of Mírate have come to expect, Daisy's beverage program transforms familiar drinks like mango margaritas and dirty Shirleys into new signature creations.
