Host

As a Host at Stretch Pizza, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors. We’re looking for a respectful, friendly, and organized individual with a strong sense of urgency to manage the flow of guests and create a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly attitude
• Manage Resy and ensure an efficient flow of guests
• Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations when necessary
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests
• Work with the team to ensure guests are seated quickly and with minimal wait
• Take direction from management and team members to meet the needs of guests and the restaurant
• Ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure

Key Qualifications:

• Friendly and respectful demeanor with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with a team
• Weekend availability is a must
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
