Job Summary:
The Barista & FOH role at Bridee is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, serving pastries and processing guest payments, as well as engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food, a strong attention to detail, the ability to create high-quality beverages consistently, and has a friendly and engaging personality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide elevated customer service and hospitality
- Prepare quality coffee beverages
- Take guest’s orders and serve pastry items
- Maintain knowledge of baked goods and retail offerings
- Handle cash and other payments quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery including clearing tables, sweeping floors, and wiping down counters
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a standing, stationary position more than 75% of the time
- Must be able to move about inside the café space
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Frequently moves food service inventory and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Your experience:
- High school diploma (or its equivalent)
- Previous Barista experience required
- Previous specialty coffee experience preferred
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
- Food Handlers Certificate a plus
- Barista training such as Latte Art, coffee profile a plus
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50 - $18.00)
