Job Details
We are currently looking for a FULL TIME cook for Garde Manger (Cold App/salad) station to join our young and growing team! the position can be grown into and  cross train on other station - perfect for an individual who are serious about the industry and wants to learn and gain experience

Looking to hire immediately. 
Schedule (Not flexible) :
MONDAY - FRIDAY 2PM - 11PM

Trattoria Ammazzacaffè is a busy Italian restaurant located in East Williamsburg offering the neighborhood a full dinner menu, including house made pasta, and many other unique dishes. Michelin bib Gourmand list and many high reviews. We are looking for an individual with passion for the industry and a desire to grow with our team.

-NYC 2+ years experienced
-Must have kitchen experience
-Punctual
-Work clean
-Your own knives
-Familiarity with and the ability to utilize kitchen cutlery, automatic slicers, buffalo chopper, blenders, band saw, meat grinder, charcoal, wood, gas-fired cooking equipment, steam kettles, electric griddles, deep-fat fryers, ovens, till fryers, toaster, scales, can openers and other culinary tools.
-Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English; second language is an asset
-Must be flexible in terms of working hours, including work long hours
-Fine dining experience preferred
-High-volume experience
-Certification in Food Safety is a plus
-Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
-Passion for the hospitality Food industry
-Creative and solution-oriented problem-solving
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
