Empowered Hospitality is seeking exceptional Payroll Director (hybrid) to oversee and manage one of our hospitality client's multi-state payroll function. This role requires strong leadership, audit expertise, and financial reporting skills to ensure accuracy and compliance while building trust with our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations, audits, and compliance.
- Manage payroll function (in-house or outsourced).
- Partner with HR, compliance, and leadership to ensure smooth processing.
- Provide strategic insights and financial reporting support.
Ideal Candidate:
- Multi-state (NYC, CA, LV) hospitality payroll experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Able to work a hybrid work schedule out of our NYC office.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($110,000.00 - $120,000.00)
