Empowered Hospitality is seeking exceptional Payroll Director (hybrid) to oversee and manage one of our hospitality client's multi-state payroll function. This role requires strong leadership, audit expertise, and financial reporting skills to ensure accuracy and compliance while building trust with our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll operations, audits, and compliance.
• Manage payroll function (in-house or outsourced).
• Partner with HR, compliance, and leadership to ensure smooth processing.
• Provide strategic insights and financial reporting support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Multi-state (NYC, CA, LV) hospitality payroll experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Able to work a hybrid work schedule out of our NYC office.
