As General Manager, you will lead the overall operations, ensuring the seamless execution of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. Your role will include recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a talented team, while overseeing daily operations, achieving financial goals, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. You’ll be instrumental in shaping an unforgettable guest experience that reflects the vibrant energy of the Sunset Strip.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar-lounge.
• Strong background in team development, operational management, and financial performance.
• Exemplary customer service, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Thorough understanding of local market dynamics (restaurants, businesses, hotels, etc.).
• Proficiency in POS systems and computer applications, with strong financial acumen.
• Thorough understanding of state labor, employment, and wage & hour laws.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment of 55-60 hours per week.
