ala is seeking professional, experienced servers to join our upscale dining team at both DC and Bethesda locations. If you have a background in high-end restaurants and a passion for exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:✅ $1,000 Signing Bonus – Distributed equally in biweekly paychecks over 4 months.
✅ $40/Hour Guaranteed – You work for your tips, but if your earnings fall short, we ensure a minimum of $40/hour per paycheck.
✅ Full-Time Availability is Required, Including Friday dinner, Saturday brunch & dinner, and Sunday brunch.
✔ Full-time availability.
✔ Experienced in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
✔ Professional, polished, and guest-focused.
✔ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
✔ Available to work required shifts without exception.
