Server—The Duck & The Peach
Location: Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.

Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, The Duck & The Peach is part of Eastern Point Collective. We’re a vibrant, women-owned restaurant that blends New England charm with West Coast warmth. Our menu celebrates seasonal ingredients, offering thoughtfully crafted dishes and beverages that bring people together.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service that embodies our hospitality-first philosophy.
• Guide guests through our menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining area.

Availability:
We require 2 dinner and 1 brunch shift.  Tuesday through Saturday, from 3 p.m. to close, Saturday and Sunday brunch 8 am - 4 pm

Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to)

• Provide exceptional service to guests during service
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $18 per hour
• Commission: 8% of net food and beverage sales
• Gratuity: Equally distributed among all hourly team members based on hours worked

Role Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of server experience and/or 2 years as a captain
• Weekend and holiday availability
•  Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• Commitment to professional growth in the field of hospitality
