At Hewn Bakery, a nationally acclaimed, independent bakery celebrated for our naturally fermented breads and pastries, we believe in fostering a warm and welcoming community. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Front-of-House (FOH) staff to be the friendly face of our Libertyville location. If you're passionate about artisan baking and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

As a valued member of our FOH team, you will:

• Craft exceptional customer experiences with a genuine smile and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve delicious coffee beverages with care (barista experience a plus!).
• Accurately process transactions using our POS system and ensure a tidy and inviting workspace.

What we're looking for in our next team member:

• Reliable, organized, and driven by a strong work ethic.
• An early bird who is available to brighten our customers' mornings and can work weekends.  Available shifts include 7am-11 or 12 and weekend mornings.
• Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment.
• Bonus points for barista experience and a love for coffee!
• Comfortable with basic computer operations.
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Possession of a Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).
• An upbeat and positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
