Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Runners to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring that food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Assist servers with table setups and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries as needed.
- Assist with restocking and organizing supplies as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be a team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
