Position Overview: We are on the lookout for experienced hosts to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in molding our guests' experience, setting the tone for a memorable visit. We value hosts who can foster a welcoming, high-energy environment and facilitate a seamless flow throughout our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a Warm Welcome – Greet guests promptly and warmly, manage reservations, and provide initial impressions that set the stage for an exceptional visit.
• Coordinate Seating – Efficiently manage our seating chart to optimize dining flow and guest satisfaction.
• Support Guest Needs – Address guest inquiries, provide insights into our menu offerings, and ensure that all guest interactions add to a positive experience.
• Enhance Team Efficiency – Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
• Maintain a Polished Environment – Assist in keeping the entry and dining areas clean and inviting, reinforcing a professional dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Experience – At least 3 years in a host role in a bustling, cocktail-centric environment.
• Skills – Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using Resy for reservation management is essential.
• Attitude – A proactive, team-first mindset with a dedication to hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.
• Availability – Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
