QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen workstations.

• Assist with garbage disposal, recycling, and cleaning of floors, walls, and kitchen equipment as needed.

• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and assisting with basic food prep when required.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including food allergy and dietary protocols where applicable.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required: Must be able to meet the physical, mental and environmental demands of the position.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Mobility and dexterity to move large, heavy objects up to 100lbs. Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning/sanitizing, and be able to withstand a hot and/or close environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace, and respond to visual and aural clues.
