Front Server

Super Nice Pizza is seeking experienced servers. If you love working in a restaurant, can hold down a 15 table section with no problem, know how to treat people well, and are a reliable, diligent, considerate waiter, we’d love to meet you! And if you have experience working the bar, even better.

Responsibilities:

• Take and serve orders with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including wine and beverage pairings.
• Deliver personalized service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with table setup, maintenance, and cleanup during service.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is a big plus.
• Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

Details:

• Looking to hire for 3-4 shifts per week
• Pay: $12/hour + tips. Tips range from 150 on a slower night to 400 on a busy night
• Schedule: Flexible shifts, may include nights and weekends but primarily hiring for Monday-Thursday
