About Us: Balos Estiatorio is a new and premier Greek restaurant known for its authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and luxurious dining experience. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy the finest Greek dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients. We have recently been added to the Michelin Guide and have been highly rated among very well respected food critics and news outlets.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Head Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room/ side stations
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service 
  • Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails and greek wine
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Server in an equal caliber restaurant
  • Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for cocktails
  • Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of Micros
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
