About Us:
Rosaluna Cafe is a modern Italian bistro in the heart of Miami Downtown, offering a refined dining experience with authentic Italian cuisine, specialty coffee, and a curated selection of wines. We are seeking experienced and hospitality-driven professionals to join our front-of-house team as Servers.
Position: Server
Location: 200 S Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Tips
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and curated dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to restaurant service standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Upsell and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant's POS system (Toast).
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant (Italian cuisine preferred).
- Strong communication and hospitality skills with a guest-first mentality.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
- Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred) and handling payments.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
