Job Details
The Board and Brew is seeking to hire a passionate and responsible chef to lead the kitchen. We have a great core of cooks who want to learn and grow. The position comes with production and some line work.
Regular creative opportunities with menu changing in collaboration with ownership.
The "right" candidate will have 5+ years cooking experience and at least 3 as a sous-chef.
We are looking for a motivated person who likes to help their staff develop and keep an organized and tidy kitchen/line.
We offer a 45 hour scheduled work week and will pay extra shift pay if the job requires an emergency shift. We have both health insurance and a 401k plan available for the chef.
We also offer vacation pay.

Compensation: Salary ($58,000.00 - $65,000.00)
