Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Brasserie Ten Ten. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish that leaves the line meets our quality and presentation standards. You will collaborate closely with our team of chefs to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service periods.
  • Assist with kitchen prep work as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment under pressure.
  • Passion for Culinary Arts: Passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Culinary Education: Culinary school education is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00) plus tips
