Job Details
The server positions expects you to interact with guest, while being knowledgable of the food and beverages of the company. Works closely with management and Chefs to provide an excellent guest experience.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company.
- Presents menus, answers questions and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items.
- Informs guests of all food and beverage specials, with prices.
- Solicits allergy and/or dietary restrictions from each guest..
- Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follows proper cash/payment card procedures.
- Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests.
- Accurately completes all end-of-shift financial procedures.
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude and appearance.
- Understands the policies and procedures of the organization and adheres to the company standards outlined in the company handbook.
- Possesses conversational knowledge of food and beverage items served at the establishment.
- Participates in training sessions, departmental meetings or pre-shift meetings.
- Ensures the well-being of all guests and co-workers by following the Company Safety Standards and maintaining compliance with the Department of Health and OSHAA
