Overnight In Room Dinning Supervisor-Shift lead

Duties:

•      Oversee and support all operational aspects of the overnight shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
•      Act as the point of contact for guests, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests.
•      Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring all staff follow standard procedures.
•      Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
•      Maintain accurate records of overnight operations, incidents, and guest interactions.
•      Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards during late-night hours.
•      Handle any urgent guest issues or service recovery situations with professionalism.

Order Taker / Reservationist Duties:

•      Take and process guest orders efficiently via phone, in-person, or digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
•      Provide detailed information about menus, specials, and modifications based on dietary restrictions or guest preferences.
•      Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
•      Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in a professional manner.
•      Maintain an organized order-tracking system to prevent delays or errors.
•      Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, whether ordering room service or making reservations.

Qualifications:

•      Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or food service.
•      Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•      Ability to work independently and lead a team during overnight shifts.
•      Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.
•      Proficiency in reservation, POS, or order management software.
•      Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
•      Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
•      Flexibility to work overnight shifts, mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation Details:

Compensation: $27-$32
