Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
At LexYard, our newest culinary endeavor, James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Anthony reimagines contemporary American dining through a farm-to-table lens, showcasing exceptional ingredient with a reverence for the local and seasonal. The menu finds its home in a space designed by renowned hospitality studio, AvroJO, where fluted columns and parquet floors nod to the hotel's spectacular Art Deco heritage.
In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of LexYard, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, directly overseeing 1 Restaurant Assistant General Manager, 5 Assistant Managers 70 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations).
At minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience in a Michelin star restaurant and managing a unionized work environment is preferred.
