We are seeking a Bartender to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

Qualifications and skills: 

Ideal candidates will have two to three years of bartending, service, and craft cocktail experience. Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and engage with guests at the bar, creating a welcoming and personalized guest experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain up to date knowledge of drink menus, seasonal cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Deliver an exceptional (and fun) detail oriented dining experience that reflects the standards of RRG.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct timing and presentation 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
• Support opening and closing duties, including side work, stocking, and end of shift cleaning
• Support all team members, including managers, servers, food runners, bussers, and hosts to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Wine knowledge is a plus!
