The ideal candidate is a self starting problem solver with extensive bar/event and kitchen management experience and unmatched people skills in both customer and team retention.

Job details:

• all restaurant financials, making sure the labor, food cost and alcohol costs are with the approved range
• proper invoice and cash handling
• inventory
• manage all repairs and maintenance
• Ensure success of management staff

• bi weekly payroll documents are accurate 
• daily timesheet checks, making sure staff take the necessary breaks
• review facilities, systems, employees, service and costs for opportunity to improve
• give constant feedback to employees and management, good and bad
• bi annual performance reviews for staff and supervisors
• Ensure a hospitable experience for all guests and maintain high guests satisfaction
• provide a welcoming environment through guest interactions, table touching, via email and phone correspondence
• staying off the laptop during peak hours and really leaning into service
