What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our pastry department, overseeing the creation of breads, breakfast pastries, ice creams, chocolates, plated desserts, and welcome treats for our guests.
  • Develop seasonal and innovative pastry offerings that showcase local ingredients, including those from our on-site orchard, herb garden, and vegetable farm.
  • Maintain our in-house bread program—strong knowledge of various bread types is essential.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to elevate quality and consistency while bringing your unique creative vision to life.
