Bar Contra, a new (ish) concept from acclaimed chefs, Jeremiah Stone, Fabián von Hauske and Dave Arnold, is looking to fill a unique leadership position to its already strong team. As a Service Captain we are hoping to find a career oriented leader with strong bartender and server experience to work in tandem with the bar manager and partners to ensure the highest levels of service, product and ambiance. This is a 4 day a week tipped position that includes a higher hourly wage and key holder responsibilities. Shifts on the floor as a server and behind the bar will be required.
Our service captain will be a part of all conversations involving the management of Bar Contra and will play an integral role in shaping the future of what we hope Bar Contra can become. Ideally we are hoping to find an ambitious hospitality professional that hopes to be a leader of a team with the highest of standards while gaining valuable experience in bar management.
