Many exciting things are happening at The Dabney, and we would love you to be a part of our growing team. We're looking for a Service Manager who embodies our vision of a memorable dining experience and is ready to help write the next chapter on its journey as the leader of mid-Atlantic cuisine.
The Dabney is a restaurant from Chef Jeremiah Langhorne's Washington City Hospitality Group, featuring Mid-Atlantic cuisine cooked in a wood burning hearth. The Dabney opened in 2015 and has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation (Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, 2018), the Michelin Guide (One Star 2017-present), Washingtonian Magazine's No. 1 Restaurant (2023), along with accolades from Food & Wine and Bon Appetit.

Requirements include:
- At least three year's experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- An enthusiasm for hospitality and a constant strive for guest satisfaction
- A positive attitude towards fellow employees, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be highly organized, efficient, creative, and be able to work precisely
- A love of food and beverage and the desire to constantly learn more
- Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends and holidays)
Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Assist the management team with maintaining pace and quality of nightly service
- Help foster a vigorous learning environment and guide professional development
- Maintaining prime appearance and condition of the restaurant
- Any and all additional duties as determined by General Manager and Ownership
