Beverage Manager Position Overview:
Responsibilities include overseeing the control of costs and expenses, maintaining spirits inventory, the wine cellar and collection, managing purchases, and maintaining relationships with purveyors and suppliers. You will be the authority on all beverages served in the restaurant, including wine pairings, by-the-glass and bottle selections, coktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. You will actively participate in service, assist guests with selections, and offer personalized guidance. Additionally, you will mentor and educate FOH staff, providing training materials and ongoing support to strengthen their knowledge of the beverage program. Collaboration with both FOH and BOH management teams is key!
Employment Type: Full-time; exempt
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus opportuinties

Qualification Standards:
- 3 years of experience as a restaurant operations manager or beverage manager
- Experience running a beverage program, including list selection, purchasing, inventory management, and staff training
- Prior experience using inventory programs is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree or Certification in a hospitality-related field, or equivalent expertise gained through hands-on experience with wine and beverage
