Barista Position: We are recruiting a skilled barista who wishes to bring their own passion and enthusiasm for coffee and hospitality to a high-volume fun cafe filled with amazing regular customers. We have a large and highly popular food program, so not only do you need to be handy behind the espresso machine, but we need customer focused hospitality pros who can manage a crowd, get delivery and online orders out the door efficiently and hustle to do whatever is necessary to have a successful day, every day.
You should be able to:
- Have one day of weekend availablity
- Prove your experience in a similar environment, including latte art
- Be very fast, efficient, clean and work very well under continuous pressure
- Enjoy chatting with our hundreds of regulars who treat our staff like family
- Be an assertive team player who can stay on top of all the necessary tasks, such as cleaning tables, doing dishes, restocking and managing orders
A very competitive rate of pay is on offer (a Food Handler's Certificate gets you bonus points, too), as well as working with a determined, passionate, enthusiastic and professional team with excellent working conditions on the best equipment in the city. Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($30.00 - $38.00)
