The individual ideally possesses the following qualities:
- An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing demeanor
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with both guests and staff
- Must have basic math skills and be capable of operating department specific software and applications
- Available to work late nights, holidays and long shift if necessary
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time without sitting
- A strong sense of urgency
- Strong organization skills
- A desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality
- A rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player
**Candidates should have 2-4 years of restaurant and/or lounge experience; fine dining/premium casual experience preferred**
