RESPONSIBILTIES
As a member of our management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our restaurants by
- Creating a hospitable environment for guests where they feel like they are being invited into our home and cared for.
- Leading a team with integrity, and a firm but fair and passionate about food and beverage
- Assuming Financial Responsibility of the Store including understanding of P and Ls, budgeting and inventory
- Acting as Team leader – promoting a drama free supportive company culture with boundaries
- Marketing and Building Sales
- Managing Beverage Program
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a candidate who loves food, hospitality, interacting with guests, has minimum 2 year’s experience in management at the same establishment and knows how to lead a team. Our core team does not change frequently, so we are looking for candidates who are equally committed. Blue Plate has an entrepreneurial spirit but still believes in structure.
