Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of previous AGM or GM experience in full service and chef driven restaurant
• Hunger to advance in a dynamic and growing restaurant group
• Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a positive minded and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
• Focus on the details including food quality, safety and sanitation and service timing and accuracy
• Drive a culture of warmth, authenticity and hospitality for our guests and team
• Address problems proactively and be solution oriented
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course correct as needed
• Have an active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
• Flexible and open availability is required
