Line Cook

Easy Company is hiring Line Cooks. Easy Company brings a vibrant and easygoing drinking, dining, and entertainment experience to the Wharf. We are looking for an experienced cook that is looking to continue learning and growing their career.  If that sounds like you than we would love to add you to our team. Hourly rate depends on experience. Specifically need someone to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and be available Friday/Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in a timely manner
• Ensure all necessary prep is completed correctly for service
• Follow the direction of your Chef
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Be respectful of coworkers, both front and back of house
• Ensure your station(s) are ready for service
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
• Must have grill and saute experience

Skills

• Knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to communicate with fellow staff
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to cook meat to temperature is required

Compensation: Hourly rate is between $18-$22/hr depending on experience. 

Job Types: Part Time, with potential for Full Time.
