Do you have a passion for craft cocktails and a deep appreciation for Japanese culture? We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Bartender to join our team at Tradroom , a modern Japanese dining experience located in Brooklyn, NY.

You’ll be a key part of the team, blending artistry with tradition to create an unforgettable bar experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent, high-quality drink service for guests.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Provide an excellent guest experience through both exceptional drinks and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience bartending

• Strong knowledge of Japanese spirits, such as whisky, sake, and shochu, and experience with traditional Japanese cocktail techniques.

• Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of the craft cocktail scene.

• Excellent communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
