We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled counter staff to join us in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while offering high-quality service and Italian pastries that reflect our passion for authenticity and tradition.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek energetic and friendly professionals with a passion for hospitality. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience in a barista or gelato counter role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, teas, and juices.
• Scoop and serve gelato according to our company standards, adhering to temperature guidelines.
• Assist with bakery and juice counter handling as needed.
• Operate the cash register and take orders using the Toast POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, ensuring products are well-stocked and areas are properly sanitized.
• Open and close the cafe, including setting up food displays and conducting inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Share your knowledge of our baked goods, beverages, and gelato with customers to enhance their experience.
• Lift and carry items weighing over 25 pounds as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
