The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for Server Assistants staff for their Michelin Star flagship Restaurant DANIEL.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their career. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of French food, wine and service standards as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and potential for growth in the company. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
The Server Assistant is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant. They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
