Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Carina Sorella located in Bryn Mawr, PA. The General Manager of Carina Sorella will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. Key tasks include managing budgets, managing labor, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff to create a positive work environment and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in restaurant management and operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and financial planning
- Ability to implement and oversee marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
