John's Food & Wine is looking to grow our BOH staff. We are looking to add a few qualified individuals to our team.
John's Food & Wine is a restaurant in the heart of Lincoln Park's historic drag on Halsted. The restaurant specializes in seasonal, new American food, with an equal focus on old world wines and classic cocktails. We have created an equitable work environment wherein our service fees are distributed across all staff. Our model guarantees that all hourly staff are a part of the service fee pool, from front of house to cooks to dishwasher. This allows us to pay our cooks $30-$45/hr depending on experience.
Qualified individuals can range from all skill levels, but personality and kindness are key.
