As a Lead Cook, you will assist the Executive Steward and Lead Cooks in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food and beverage venues, in accordance with our company’s standards. • Supervise and train cooks, dishwashers, and other culinary team members
• Ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
• Ensure food is being produced in a timely and efficent manner
• Keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
• Cook a variety of foods for all suites including different meats, seafood, sandwiches and ballpark classics
• Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures; perform inventory counts as requested

• At least 2 years of cooking experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Basic math skills for counting inventory
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift
